Linospace terms

1. Acceptance

By using Linospace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform purpose

Linospace is a shared-living matching platform that helps Owners and Finders connect. We do not guarantee compatibility, property quality, payment outcomes, or user conduct.

3. Eligibility

You may only use the platform if you can legally enter into binding agreements and comply with applicable laws.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs through your account.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• misrepresent yourself, your profile, or a listing
• harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate other users
• upload unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content
• use the service for fraud or other unauthorized purposes

6. Listings, matches, and messages

Matches and conversations are user-driven. Linospace is not a party to agreements made between users and is not responsible for disputes between them.

7. Removal and suspension

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or its users.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Linospace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
